OEC Burglar-resistant Cabinets - Series ARE/B ARE/C ARE/ST1-2
Our cabinets from the ARE/B, ARE/C, ARE/ST1-2 series (that is, C3M and C4M and Colonnino) are manufactured with an anti-burglary system, level 2, according to the ENEL DS4931 specification and the EN UNI 1627 standard.
In this sense, they resist forced opening of the door attempted with a screwdriver or similar tools thanks to a reinforced locking system.
The manual burglary test is carried out by inserting the tip of a screwdriver with a total length of 260 mm, blade width 10 mm (tool A no.2 of the UNI EN 1630 standard) to a depth of 13 mm at the lock and at the upper and lower points 40 mm from the end of the door, applying a force of 100 N to the handle of the screwdriver.
The test is considered passed when the screwdriver is unable to open the container and the degree of enclosure protection IP34 (CEI EN 60529) is still maintained.
Our enclosures are therefore compliant with this specification, fully passing the test to which they are subjected..
